Maze can only have around 60 pages (60 still working).
If 2 many pages are configured after 62 events the system
goes crazy.

complete crashes of lxcm65 were due to loading of non-smp version of
itools drivers.

there is a bad contact somewhere in the trigger path of the PseudoFED

PseudoFED: all LEDs on after power-up => FPGA not loaded

FRL: If stops working (pseudoFED sends data but after 5 events (2x8000 bytes(merged))
the pending triggers start to count. The FRL seems not to do anything. ->reboot of
pc helps (reload of driver not tried so far)

New Bigphys allocator appl: Be careful to enable the application as early as possible.
only at enable time the default allocator of the excecutable is changed to the bigphys
allocator. (was a problem in mazeRUI: that one was filling a instance var with a pointer
to the default allocator in parametersetdefault which is called when the excecutable is
configured. This filling of the var had to be moved to a later time (configure)

Running with 1000+100spare blocks small events and then starting perl waste processes on
EVM(pepcmd16) brought the fragChain rlist to overflow. This error was not seen with 1000+10
blocks (the rlist all have default length = 1024. Should be made programmable).

mtusize of gm must be >= xdaqmtusize otherwise system hangs?
number of resources in BU MUST BE multiple of bundeling otherwise the start
of the next run goes wrong (I think the same is valid for number of evtIds...)
